Personalized images / Logos
We can place any logo/image onto any of our gifts for you. Before placing a custom order, simply email your image to us (in JPG, PNG or GIF format) to images@redgymshoes.co.uk. We are happy to email a proof image to you of how your order would look. To create a transparent background, your images should be in PNG format, most good graphics packages support this feature. Once you're happy and place your order, simply tell us the unique proof reference. The minimum size for images is usually quoted on the item descriptions. We will print/emboss your image onto your selected item in around 3 working days and send the unique gift back to you using worldwide airmail. We can speed up delivery for you using Fed Ex, at an extra charge. Many of our displayed designs come from 3rd party sources and are for a reference guide only. The final quality of the completed items from these sources may therefore differ from our own. You are producing your own item, online. We cannot be therefore hold no responsibility for these logo's and images. You should check before creating your item that you have rights to use the image.

My personal Pledge Your personal privacy is very important to me, so I never discuss, post or forward your personal information to any other organisation, without your written permission. I do not store any personal information about you other than that which you provide to me in the fulfilment, and pleasure, of providing my services to you. I also do not store nor post personal information onto my own, or third party websites, for public display. Third parties Should a third party request confirmation of a delivery for you, such as FED EX or Paypal for example, I will request that they first tell me what they perceive as the problem and secondly ask them to tell me where they are trying to deliver the information or product to, prior to any confirmation commitment. The Law In the event of a problem arrising from the use of our services, we may be legally obliged to provide your personal information to law enforcement organisations. We will always notify you prior to this and provide a time period for you to confirm this and for you to request further information from me. Your Data Data which you do share with me may be held in a database, electronic document, email, or other searchable electronic medium (such as memory stick/CD/DVD -i.e. for backup purposes). Upon request, for a small administration charge, I will provide you with a copy of all data you have provided to me. I will also remove/amend any data you feel inapropriate, misleading or incorrect.

What are your payment terms?
All orders placed with me are on a Cash With Order Basis. I do not provide credit facilities or credit terms, nor will I post items Cash On Delivery (C.O.D), for inspection, for display or as samples. I accept Paypal as my primary (and preferred) method for payments on my website http://redgymshoes.co.uk. Items paid via Paypal are usually shipped within 3 working days(I will let you know if I've managed to ship sooner). Cash With Order payments may be made by cheque, bankers draft or postal order, email me to reserve your items for a few days. Please allow up to 7 days for items to clear into my bank before despatch.

1) Please contact me by email in the first instance, stating what you wish to return, the order date and why you need to return the item. I will send you back a confirmation email and a RETURNS NUMBER.

2) Print out my return confirmation email and include it with your return. This helpS me to keep track of your returned item/s and process any necessary replacement/refund.

3) Returns should be clearly marked RETURNS with the RETURNS NUMBER and shipped back to me at the address on the invoice / shipping note which came with your order OR on the CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

4) Please ensure that you have adequate insurance with the carrier when returning anitem for refund. I recommend parcel2go.co.uk who will arrange a collection and delivery for you online.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are custom manufactured, printed and shipped usually within about 3 days of placing your order. Order should be received by you within 14 business (working) days, or sooner, depending on the shipping method chosen. We normally ship by airmail, however we also use Fed Ex to express ship items (for extra cost)

What payment methods do you accept?
Our primary payment method is paypal, using a credit or debit card. This provides you and us with the highest level of security and peace of mind. We also accept cheques and postal orders, payment to be made with order. Goods are despatched usually within 3 days of receiving cleared payment.

How much do I pay for shipping?
Our pricing structure includes airmail to anywhere, worldwide so you pay nothing, absolutely nothing, to anywhere!

However, if your in a hurry, we can organise Worldwide Fed Ex delivery of your goods within 7 business days at a cost of £15 + 50p per item ($30+$1 per item).

What is the minimum order quantity for unique branded items?
We have no minimum order quantity. We discount 10% for orders of more than 10 items (refunded using paypal) and 30% for orders of 100 units and over. Please call us if you require larger orders and we can provide you with the best quote.

Do I have to pay import duty in the US or Canada?
It is unlikely that there will be any import duty for a single item, as the order value is low. However, for an idea of the duty rate for larger orders, please take a look at the this webpage for the US (http://usaexportimport.com/duty_tax.php) which explains, reasonably clearly, the USA import tax calculation. You will most likely be charged the CIF rate, since your items will be arriving by airmail. An invoice is placed onto the outside of the parcel by us, and the tax is calculated depending on the invoiced amount.
